Are the samples personalised?
No, our samples are supplied with example wording so you can assess the quality, design and card stock.
How quickly are samples dispatched?
Free samples are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days Mon-Fri
How to personalise my wedding invitations?
After you place your order, we’ll email you a simple online personalisation form with all the questions we need to create your perfect wedding stationery.
Once we receive your details, one of our talented designers will prepare your first draft — usually the same day or within 24 hours. You can review the design, request unlimited changes to the wording, and we’ll update it until it’s just right.
Can I customise the design and colours?
Yes, all of our wedding invitation designs can be customised to suit your wedding theme and colour scheme. If customising flower colours there is a charge of £15.99
Can the wording be changed?
Yes. All wording can be personalised to suit your wedding day, including ceremony details, venue information, RSVP wording and additional information.
Can I mix elements from different designs?
In many cases, yes. If you like the layout of one design and the colours or floral elements of another, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer matching wedding stationery?
Yes. Many of our collections can be extended to include Save the Dates, RSVP cards, information cards, menus, place cards, table plans, welcome signs, order of service booklets and thank you cards.
Do you provide digital proofs before printing?
Yes. A personalised proof will be provided for approval before your wedding stationery is printed.
Can I order a single personalised sample?
If you would like a personalised sample featuring your own wedding details, please contact us to discuss the available options.
What card stocks do you offer?
We offer a range of premium card stocks and finishes. Smooth card is included in our prices and we also have options to upgrade to Conqueror Laid or Curious Metallics Ice gold. Information on available card upgrades is included with your sample pack.
Are envelopes included?
Envelopes are included in our prices. The choice of envelopes vary depending on the design selected. Full details are provided when ordering your wedding invitations.
Can I order invitations if I haven't finalised all my details?
Yes. Many couples begin by ordering samples while they are still finalising guest numbers, timings or venue information.
How far in advance should I order my wedding invitations?
Most couples send their wedding invitations around 4–6 months before their wedding date. If you are planning a destination wedding, you may wish to send them earlier.
Do you ship throughout the UK?
Yes. We supply wedding invitations and wedding stationery to couples throughout the UK.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We can ship wedding stationery internationally. Please contact us for a delivery quote and timescales.
Can I order additional matching stationery later?
Yes. Many couples order invitations first and then return later to purchase matching on-the-day stationery such as menus, place cards and table plans.
