Shipping & processing times

Design Proofs: All digital proofs are emailed within 24 hours of receiving your personalisation details.
Printing & Dispatch: Once your design is approved, orders are printed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, except for order of service booklets and A1 signs, which require 5–6 working days.

Delivery Services:

UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail 24 for fast, reliable delivery.
USA, Europe and Canada:
- 70 or more concertina invitations or 200 flat cards: Shipped express via Fedex or UPS (3-day service).
- Small orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Australia & Rest of World: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked for secure international delivery.
